There are four key professionals with the firm: Michael Brocks, David Hart, David Wilson, and Mary Beth Green.

• Michael is a CPA and certified in business valuations holding the Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers. He has over 25 years of experience in valuation and forensic accounting and, on numerous occasions, has served as an expert witness.
   

• David Hart's practice is valuing intellectual property and merger and acquisition services for start up and high tech companies. David was with Lycos during their formative years as well as a principal with LycosVentures, L.P. a private equity fund. David has valued hundreds of high tech companies, primarily for buy -sell purposes. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
   

• David Wilson holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, where he was a Whitney Young Scholar. He was employed by Mc Kinsey and Company, a top tier consultancy firm and Freemarkets, Inc, a very successful provider of Internet based auction services.  David’s expertise is merger and acquisition services, specifically identifying, valuing and maximizing the value of non-high tech companies.
   

• Mary Beth Green is an Intellectual Property attorney (licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia) and focuses on software licensing, IT developments and brand development.  She assists in the valuation of intangible assets  Mary Beth graduated from Penn State University and Duquesne Law School.
