Michael Brocks,
Principal, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 25
years experience and has specialized in business valuations and litigation
support for the last twelve years. He testified in numerous forums including
Federal District Court, Arbitration hearings, Bankruptcy Court, Inspector
General Inquiries and Family Courts. Michael has extensive valuation experience
and conducted over 50 Continuing Education courses on forensic accounting issues
and valuations for attorneys in California,Ohio and Pennsylvania.

David Hart,
Intellectual Property Specialist, holds an MBA from
HarvardBusinessSchool, where he was a Baker Scholar
(top 5% of the class). He has extensive experience in the high tech industry
having worked at IBM, WiseWire (a
internet start-up that was ultimately sold to Lycos), Lycos and most recently
LycosVentures L.P., a private equity group that
invest in high tech companies. Dave has played key roles in the acquisition and
sale of numerous technological companies and is a recognized expert in the
field. Dave assists in the valuation of technological companies and intangible
assets. He concentrates on valuing intangibles assets and supporting litigation
on intellectual property matters.

Wilson, Mergers &
Acquisitions Specialist,holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business where he was
the Whitney Young Scholar (awarded to the top African American student). After
graduating from Wharton he was with the McKinsey and Company, considered by
most business executives as the premier consulting firm in the country. He then
joined FreeMarkets Inc. shortly after it’s founding and, along with many other McKinsey alumni,
built and prepared FreeMarkets for what turned out to
be one of the most successful Initial Public Offerings in the history of
initial offerings. David has extensive experience in quantifying and optimizing
value in closely held businesses and in addition to valuing closely held
businesses, serves as an advisor to a number of minority owned businesses and
investment funds. He concentrates on merger and acquisition matters.

Mary Beth Green, Intellectual Property Attorney,is an Intellectual Property attorney (licensed in the Commonwealth of
Virginia) and focuses on software licensing, IT developments and brand
development. She assists in the valuation of intangible assets.
Mary Beth graduated from Penn State University and Duquesne Law School.
Active in Children's causes, she is a certified Guardian ad Litem.
